How much are the shipping costs?

Within Switzerland we apply the standard Swiss Mail tariffs:
Packages up to 2 Kg.: CHF 9.-
Packages up to 5 Kg.: CHF 12.-

Internationally, we apply reinforced packaging and normal postage tariffs.

Do I have warranty?

Of course, our products are guaranteed for 24 months from date of purchase (Pls. save your invoice). Warranty is limited to material and product damages only. However, warranty is not covering damage caused by improper handling or neglecting our product treatment advice, which is always included in the delivery.

Can I buy Capsolute products in a normal retail store?

For the moment, Capsolute is only ‚on-line‘ available. However, it’s planned to make Capsolute available through dedicated retail and affiliated online shops. As soon as this is realised, it will be published here.

Why is there no dispenser available for my capsules?

It’s Capsolute’s ultimate goal to furnish all possible coffee and tea makes with a specific dispenser. However, Capsolute will decide on the basis of popularity of the different makes.

I ordered already and would like to place an additional product within the same order

Place as second order and put additional information under ‘Remarks’ that it belongs to your previous order. We will do our utmost to combine both orders and save additional postal charges. Because our online orders are executed automatically, we cannot guarantee that each additional order is always noticed. Should this occur additional postal charges cannot be avoided.

I would like to cancel my order.

Once an order is processed, the automatic logistical process cannot be stopped.

I’m not satisfied with the product and want to return it.

Our products can be returned within 10 days after purchasing date. (Copy of Invoice) Please send it back in it’s original packaging to the address mentioned in the bill. Should the product already have been paid for, we will reimburse the amount of purchase. (postal charges will be deducted)

My product has a defect.

Should you receive a damaged product, please return the product including the bill, you will receive a replacement immediately.
